We greet you with hearts full of gratitude and joy as we reflect on all that the Lord has done in the past month. Truly, we have seen His hand at work both near and far, and we are eager to share these updates with you.

From New England to Texas

Our month began with travels through Massachusetts and Vermont, where we were able to report to four churches. Two of these churches currently support us, and two are considering whether they can take us on for support. We wrapped up the month in San Antonio, where we were so encouraged by an evening worship service led by the youth. Their passion and sincerity were a beautiful reminder that God is raising up the next generation of worshipers and leaders.

Easter Here and There

Easter was a particularly rich time of celebration. We were blessed to celebrate with our church family, rejoicing in the resurrection of our Savior. Chelsea also had the opportunity to sing with the choir. In South Sudan, three visitors accepted Jesus as their savior! One of those individuals was Agustino Joseph, Julia’s father. Julia serves as one of our faithful cooks in the Manna feeding program, and she and others have been praying for his salvation for years. What a powerful testimony of God’s faithfulness and the power of persistent prayer!

South Sudan Update

On April 13th, in addition to the three who were saved on Easter Sunday, four people gave their lives to Christ. Please continue to pray for our faithful hospitality team as they continue to share the gospel with the visitors who come. Also, pray for our youth and adult workers as they prepare for VBS that will take place during the month of May. They have a goal to minister to 1,000 children. Please pray for great results and that God would be glorified.

Family Update

A special highlight this month was celebrating Lincoln’s 4th birthday! It’s hard to believe how quickly he is growing. We thank God for his life and the happiness he brings to our family each day. We received another piece of good news—Chelsea passed her glucose tolerance test! Thank you to all who have been praying for her and the baby.
