What a wonderful surprise it was to have Christine Enoch and her brother Douglas with us this month. There were many activities planned including a community fellowship to celebrate the return of “Mama Christine” as they call her! Everyone was so pleased to see her and enjoy this special time with her. Although the time was too short, we were so thankful to show her what God is doing in South Sudan. |

Missions Month at Bible Baptist
|
|
Praise the Lord we had a great missions month. Missionaries sent us video greetings, and a report on how the ministry is going in their country. Christine Enoch’s brother, Pastor Douglas from Canada, did a wonderful job preaching on Faith Promise. During our Faith Promise Commitment Sunday, the church decided to partner with another missionary. Praise the Lord, we are now partnering with 3 missionaries to share the gospel and plant churches. |

English class continues to grow. We recently had a record attendance of 74 children. We are seeing many come to know Jesus as their Savior. In the month of June, 6 children put their faith and trust in Jesus. Each month Chelsea has 3 youth assigned to help her in English class. Some of them have taught the Bible lesson in Juba Arabic, but now Chelsea is teaching them a new curriculum and they are teaching in English. It is neat to see how well they’re doing teaching the children. Please pray for these youth as they are teaching the children and that we will see more children come to know Jesus as their Savior! |

We couldn’t believe that Lincoln was ready to start school. He came at the end of the school year, but we have seen quite a change since he began school. We are thankful that there is a school here with other missionary and expatriate children where Lincoln can see other children who are in a similar situation as him. Please pray for him as he is growing up and for us as we do our best to raise Lincoln. |
