June 2021 Prayer Letter

The Lord is Working

On June 5^th we hit the road with our almost two-month-old and headed to Fort Worth, Texas. Lincoln has been a great traveler in both the car and on his first airplane ride. We thank The Lord that He gave us such a wonderful resilient missionary baby! During our time in Fort Worth, we had two Sunday morning and a Wednesday evening church scheduled. For the services we did not have anything scheduled we prayerfully sought out a church to attend. God truly answered our prayers, and in one week we had 4 churches take us on for support. Our support level is now at 57%. Wow, The Lord is working in a mighty way!

The Lord is Blessing

We also spent time in Illinois and Montana this month. It was a great time of fellowship with the church in Martinsville, Illinois. The associate pastor had us over for lunch after church and we had great conversation and many good laughs. On deputation we are learning how important fellowship is and sometimes it is hard to come by. In Montana the pastor planned many activities for us to do with the church family. Lincoln went on his first hike and train tour. He also saw his first mountain! It is great to be a part of so many loving churches who encourage and love on us.

South Sudan Update

All of the approvals have been given for us to open the school and feeding center once more. There were 62 adults and 121 kids in attendance for church two Sundays ago. It is wonderful to see people coming back to church and meeting together again. Pray for the students as they return to school after a long break, pray they will be motivated to work hard, but more importantly pray for their salvation as our Wednesday morning devotional services resume for the students.
